Auto Extract Systems can manage your extraction equipment installation through our installation service. From your initial enquiry, to project sign off, we will project manage your extraction system installation.
Step 1: System Design
Following your free site survey, where we will assess your business’ extraction needs, one of our experienced sales engineers will create a system design plan. This detailed plan will then passed back to you, along with a quotation, to ensure the system meets your business’ extraction requirements.
Using the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, we have unrivalled capabilities that will ensure your extraction equipment installation runs as smoothly as possible. Through early design intervention, we can design detailed extraction system plans to meet the tightest planning deadlines.
Step 2: Commissioning
After you have signed off on the design plan and the electrical works have been completed, we will commission the extraction system. Quality checks and readings will be taken to ensure the LEV system functions as per design specification.
On multiple hose extraction systems (or where applicable), our team of dedicated installation engineers will balance and regulate systems to ensure an equal air flow is measured at the various points.
Step 3: Installation
As part of the installation process, our engineers will COSHH test all LEV equipment that has been installed to validate its use for operational works.
